Payment Terms

Our payment policies include:

• Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Full refunds are available only before project work begins.
• Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date may incur a 5% late fee.
• Currency: All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Project Timelines

We strive to deliver projects on time, but timelines may vary based on project complexity and client response times. Standard timelines include:

• Starter Package: 5-10 business days
• Essential Package: 10-15 business days
• Expert Package: 15-25 business days
• Pro Package: 25-35 business days
• Custom Build: Timeline varies based on scope

Limitation of Liability

High Tech Web Design shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (2) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (3) any content obtained from our services; and (4) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations
• Infringing on any intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, or harming another person
• Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers
